What time does check-in begin? Can I bring my dog? And what is the situation with e-bikes? Below you will find a collection of frequently asked questions – and of course the solution and the appropriate answer. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, don’t hesitate to contact us. When does check-in take place?

Your room will be ready for you from 2:00 pm. If you arrive earlier, you are welcome to leave your luggage at the reception.

Where can I park my car?

Our free parking is right in front of the hotel – ensuring maximum convenience and security. For even more comfort, our new underground garage (for a fee) will soon be available. So your holiday will start stress-free, and everything will be just as it should be.

Is there an e-charging station?

Yes. You can charge your e-car with us for 0.50 cents per kilowatt hour.

When is check-out?

We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11:00. Afterwards, you are warmly invited to enjoy our wellness area until 7:00 pm.

Can I bring my dog?

Your four-legged friend is also very welcome here! Please note the following guidelines:

  • we charge € 25.00 per night per dog, without food.
  • we kindly ask for your understanding that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant/terrace (during meal times), garden, pool/wellness area.
  • our housekeeping team would appreciate it if you bring a blanket or a basket for the room.
What are the cancellation conditions? +

In the event of a cancellation, we ask you to inform us in writing in advance.

The Italian consumer protection code does not cover a right of withdrawal. However, we apply the following conditions to cancellation:

  • Cancellation up to 8 days before arrival is free of charge; your deposit will be fully refunded.
  • For 7 to 4 days before departure, the fee is 50% of the total stay price
  • For 3 to 2 days before departure, the fee is 80% of the total stay price
  • From 2 days before the start of the trip, in the event of no-show or early departure, 100% of the stay price will be charged

    If you need to cancel your stay due to unforeseen regulations (e.g., border closures), we offer free cancellation up to one day before your planned arrival. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

    What inclusive services can I expect if I have booked the ¾ board?

    Gourmet lovers and all those who would like to become one can look forward to a little insight into the delicious world of Tirolensis.

    How much does dinner/breakfast cost if I have only booked the apartment or a room with breakfast?

    We charge € 28.00 for breakfast and € 42.00 for dinner

    Is there gluten-free, lactose-free, vegan, or allergy-friendly cuisine?

    Our kitchen team will be happy to prepare tasty and individually tailored dishes for you upon request.

    Can I book spa treatments in advance?

    We recommend our guests book beauty appointments in advance. Here you will find our beauty catalogue and our special treatments.

    Is there a wellness bag with a bathrobe and bath slippers?

    You will find our wellness bag and bathrobes already in your room upon arrival.
    For the sake of the environment, we have decided not to include bathing slippers in the bag and recommend that you bring your own from home. If you forget them, you can pick some up at the reception.

    Is the use of the wellness area (spa, pool, etc.) included in the price?

    Yes, all our prices include the use of our pools and the entire wellness area.

    Is there an e-bike rental service at Hotel Tirolensis?

    Yes, we charge € 15.00 per person per day.

    I want to bring my own bicycle. Is there a bicycle storage room?

    You are welcome to store your bicycles in our garage.
